Dr. Sketchy’s is back again. We had a wonderful turnout for our session at Great Scott last Sunday, cashing in at a whopping $300 for the cause. We’re hoping to have the same amount of success, and see lots of our amazing supporters get their drawing on at our Club Cafe session this coming week.

Susanna Bohme, Allix Mortis, and I have dug up some of the greatest performers around to model and entertain you at the session. Tom Foolery and his EGGPLANT Faerie Players will be our models. There will be so much whimsy. You will love it.

Also, busking and entertainment from the crazy vaudevillian stylings of **WHY ARE THOSE GIRLS SO LOUD it’s ‘cos we’re jewish** featuring Army of Toys’s ukulele-iste jojo Lazar and from Bunny Collab., greater Boston spooky burlesque (& prior Sketchy’s)- Amy Macabre! They’ll be welcoming you into the session with their delightful sounds, plus entertaining you during breaks.

And of course, the lovely and wonderful Allix Mortis will be helping out with hosting again for this session. She’s so, so awesome. When you see her, be sure to give her a big hug for all the work she’s been doing for Aliza!

And our official first gig under this ridiculously loud title’d project’s title is now free for the announcing. 6/25 at Ralph’s Rock Diner in Worcester, Niki Luparelli (of the Gold Diggers, Steamy Bohemians, her own sexy sexyness) is hosting a sequel Bowie-paloozah, Drive in Saturday featuring over 40 loving Bowie covers. And your loud juif girls are opening the bill! Woo hoo! We may be covering one of the most irritating/inappro’ songs from Labyrinth and i’ll leave it at that. (Love injection)
